Draft - not yet reviewed by a solicitor
Terms of use
These terms describe NoticeClear. They are a draft and have not been reviewed by a solicitor.
Scope
NoticeClear is for private parking charges in England and Wales only. Council penalty charges and Transport for London penalty charges are excluded. Notices from Scotland or Northern Ireland are outside this service.
What you are using
NoticeClear is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. It helps you organise a private parking charge notice and prepare a letter. It does not promise an outcome. It does not file a claim. It does not tell you that a notice is at an end.
Draft grounds
Letter grounds are drafts pending legal review. They are not presented as approved. Reviewed rules, once a solicitor releases them, control whether a ground is available. You control what is submitted.
Price
The appeal letter is £9.99 once. Fast-track is a £4.99 add-on at the same checkout. Priority is £5.99 a month for faster handling and case status updates only. You can cancel Priority at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. NoticeClear is not VAT registered.
Cancellation
You have a 14-day right to cancel a service or digital content. At checkout you may give express consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the letter is generated. That acknowledgement is the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37. The box is not ticked for you. A subscription can be cancelled at any time, with effect at the end of the period.
What you control
A letter is not treated as sent until you approve the version, the hash, the recipient, the attachments, and the sending identity. Mail stays simulated in this beta. A payment is taken only when checkout is configured. This site does not store a card number. Card details are collected only on the payment provider hosted page.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the facts you submit are the ones you want used. You do not upload someone else’s medical information unless you have a proper basis to do so. You keep your password to yourself.

Liability
The draft position is that the service is provided so you can prepare a letter, and that you remain responsible for what you send and for any deadline. A finished limitation of liability needs a solicitor to review it before anyone relies on it.
