Help and refunds

Contact

Email info@noticeclear.co.uk. Include your case reference if you have one. Do not send card numbers or passwords by email.

Using NoticeClear does not pause a payment or appeal deadline. Check the dates and instructions on your notice.

Payments and refunds

NoticeClear is not taking payments at the moment. A full refund policy will be published here before payments reopen. For any question about a payment, email us with the date of the payment and the case reference. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Your data

To ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted, see the privacy notice.

What NoticeClear does not cover

Council or Transport for London penalty charge notices, notices in Scotland or Northern Ireland, and court claims. If you have received a court claim form, follow the instructions on it. See debt collector letters and court claims.

Complaints

Email us first and say it is a complaint. For a data protection complaint you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
